These D-Rings are Welded Steel, coated with oxide, black. They come in 3/4 Inch, 1 Inch, and 1 1/2 Inch sizes, and are measured by the inside bar where your material would attach to the steel D-Ring. So, if you are ordering 1" webbing you would want to order a 1" D-Ring. These particular D-Rings have been coated with oxide, in the color black, and are more resistant to corrosion and have a durable color.
